Sherried Turkey

4 tbspButter
½ cupSherry
1 canMushrooms (button)
1 pkg.Chicken gravy mix
1 cupSour cream (dairy)
4Turkey wings (about 2 ½ lbs)
Salt and Pepper
How to Cook:
(1) Lightly sprinkle turkey pieces with salt and pepper. Brown in butter in dutch oven or skillet with cover.
(2) Add sherry and liquid from mushrooms. Cover.
(3) Bake in 350 F oven for 1 to 1 ½ hours or til turkey is tender. Remove turkey to serving dish and keep warm.
(4) Measure juice in pan and add enough water, if necessary, to make 1 ¼ cups liquid. Carefully blend liquid and gravymix in dutch oven or skillet. Simmer, uncovered, 5 minutes, stir ring continually.
(5) Blend in sour cream and mushrooms. When sauce is smooth and hot, pour over turkey. Serve with rice.
