It can be said that there is something special something distinctive about California “Almonds”. Sure there are almonds , there are nuts , there are nuts like Red Stefanuk and then there are those distinctive California Almonds.
Certain dishes without those California almonds are not the same. These almonds add something most distinctive to dshes that you want to brand “Californian”. Simple as that.
