Almond Fish Sauce

1/4 cup Butter

1/3 cup toasted sliced Almonds

1/2 teaspoon Salt

3 tablespoons Lemon Juice ( fresh)

Melt butter , add almonds and stir over medium heat until almonds are golden. Stir in salt and fresh lemon ( or orange) juice and serve over cooked fish.
