<p class="MsoNormal">2 small cans TOMATO PASTE</p>
<p class="MsoNormal">1 to 1 /12 cups WATER</p>
<p class="MsoNormal">1/2 to 1 tablespoon crushed dry RED PEPPERS (Chile Tempino)</p>
<p class="MsoNormal">1/4 cup WHITE VINEGAR</p>
<p class="MsoNormal">1 teaspoon SALT</p>
<p class="MsoNormal">1 clove GARLIC</p>
<p class="MsoNormal">Pinch of OREGANO</p>
<p class="MsoNormal">Combine tomato paste and water into saucepan. Add remaining ingredients. Mix thoroughly, and simmer 1/2 an hour.</p>
<p class="MsoNormal">To keep sauce a thin consistency, add water during simmering. Cool and serve with tacos.</p>
<p class="MsoNormal">(Makes about 1 cup sauce)</p>
<p class="MsoNormal">(To intensify the “hotness” of sauce, omit vinegar)</p>
