A winery is both a physical tangible item – its grape orchards sometimes called “farms” by the uninitiated and misinformed , full of grape vines , its wine cellars and machinery , its specific products and employees and most of all the aging product of famous and well respected wines cooling its heels and carefully involved in the aging process in the wine cellars.
